Hi,
I have a problem with the collected data location feature where the data in the logs is not the same as the one in the collected data location.
as shown in the logs, there is a data location recorded at 2:32:07 AM but when you check the collected data location, the data is empty as shown in the collected data image.
What are the version and build numbers of your MobiControl server?
For v14 or later, have you manually clicked the "Sync Now" button in the Global-Settings->Mobicontrol Search Sync Interval pop-up? to force the MobiControl v14.x search module to refresh various data from the MS-SQL database?
What are the device platform and enrollment mode of the device? Have you granted the right app permissions on the device? Was the device GPS hardware turned on and the GPS signal strong enough to get location data on Oct 5?
we've tried the Search Sync Interval method but the data still doesn't appear.
MC Version : 15.3.0.6711
Enrollment : Android Enterprise
Feature Control : Location -> High Accuracy

The issue has been resolved after the script was appplied on the database (MCMR-29237). You advised that you randomly checked multiple devices and they appeared to have Data location logs.
