Is it possible to disable access to camera settings on the Zebra ET45?

Define what you mean, really just the settings inside the camera app or trhe camera app itself totally?
Yes the Zebra Camera app can be remotely configured from MDM through a JSON configuration file.

The usage parameters are those that control whether or not the user can have access to the particular setting locally on the device.
Nice, also learned something new here, even i saw the camera manager part but completely missed that json part.
