I am trying to delete Total log file from the DB, not in the admin console.
I already truncated the log file in admin console but it was not reduced.
Could you please help me?
My customer's total log is now over 4,688,858.
and If they truncated in admin console, it was not reduced under 4,688,858

Hi David,
Which version of MobiControl are you/your customer using?
On the newer versions of MobiControl, these logs are supposed to be moved to the MobiControl_Archive database automatically every night.
I would recommend logging a case with SOTI Technical Support to investigate the logging configurations on your environment.
