• Kindly try to test by assigning permissions level after logging into Mobicontrol with admin account as mentioned below
•  Create a new Test  user group after going to Manage user section under user and console security.
• Assign permission to test user group as shown in screenshot mentioned below and click save at the bottom right
• Go to Device group permission section just under Manage user section
• Try to assign group permission for your test group  as shown below(selection of device groups based on device location from where you want to grab report)

•   creating a new test user under manage user section and assign under newly created test group above.
• Try to test by logging with new test user credentials 
• In case you want to provide less or more access level then you can always test by modifying it for your test group.
