Install from unknow Source

Hello Team,

I have one application which is just closing as soon as I opened, then when I checked the install from unknown source is NOT ALLOWED.

We have Feature Control where we already enabled the "Install from unknow source"

I tried the below scripts:

afw_set_permission_grant_state <BudleID> android.permission.REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES allow
afw_set_permission_grant_state <BudleID> android.permission.INSTALL_PACKAGES allow
afw_set_permission_grant_state <BudleID> android.permission.RESTART_PACKAGES allow

The run of the app and the "installation from unknown source" shouldn't be connected.

If you try to install an apk file you could just provide it using a package or an enterprise app policy.

If you have an issue after installation that it just shuts down, then you have an issue in the apk file itself (i guess it's an apk file from the developer of the app and not from apk pure or so).

Forgot to mentioned that too, I tried with the APK, and enterprise app, but still no luck

But then i think there's an issue with the apk itself most likely.

Was it tested on an unmanaged device (same model) successfully?

Did you have problem when installing or when launching the app? 

What are the active MDM API's reported by your device agent?

What are the Android firmware version and build numbers of your device?

What are the target SDK version associated with the app?

What warning/error message(s) is/are shown on your device screen and MobiControl web-console/server-logfiles when attempting to deploy the app on the device?

The application you are trying is an In-House application?

How do you push the application to the devices?

This application is installed with any of the devices enrolled in MobiControl?

Please let us know the above information and also the requested information on the above post.
