When selecting Managed Device as the type, choosing an attribute with the trigger condition set to Send Message or Alert, and configuring it to activate immediately, the alert or message is still not received right away even if the condition is triggered. Sometimes it takes several hours or longer to arrive. What is the reason for this? Also, emails are hardly ever received.

 

When selecting types such as Configuration Profile, Policy, User Role, etc., no response occurs no matter how the settings are configured. How exactly are these options used?
