Wiping Devices (soti.net)

Hi,

what MobiControl Version are you using ?

Second what Device you would like to Wipe?

In the Past the WIPE option was not working as expected.

For that i have created Packages with like Stage now for Zebra Scanners and assign it to an extra Folder "Clean Device".

Even when i move a Device in that folder it will be complete factory resetted.

From my side i am waiting for the Version 2024.1. relase.

To assist you further, may I know which version of MobiControl you are currently using, and which device you would like to perform a wipe on?
