Trying to setup some specific access for users that will only be remote control/viewing devices. I am having issues with limiting over over limiting their access to the console.
It seems at one point that have too much access to be able to wipe or delete devices and then after making some, what I thought were small changes, they are unable to view any device.

You can add a new MobiControl user group, and incrementally grant required global or per-device-group permission to find the minimal permissions that best fit your requirements. Then associate relevant user/administrator to this new user group.
