Is there a way to access user authentication log in SOTI Identity?
We are using email profiles for iOS but when creating an email users receive an error Unable to Sign. I tried to disable Sign in Apps | Mail | Account | Advanced but it is enabled and greyed out. I've tried re-creating the email profile mulitiple ways but I can't find a setting that disables it or allows it to be disabled. Version 2025.1.0.1007 Cloud version Sue
Hello we are using SOTI Identity connected with Entra ID (Azure AD), so users can login using SSO (Microsoft account) instead of a local SOTI account. During login, they are still prompted to chose a login method (local, Entra ID or "other") although they do not have a local account, only via Entra ID. How can we disable this option? It would be nice to just enter your mail address and being re-located to the SSO login page of Microsoft. Best regardsMarkus

Hello, We would like to sync the users that are in an Azure AD group "soti administrators" to Identity. Then set up the access to Soti Mobicontrol Administrators to that Azure AD group. Does anyone has an idea on how to implement this ?

When I add it to the apps it shows as a draft and when I try to assign the only member (me) it asks to give me a role but there is no roles listed there. Please help me. This is urgent as I need to get 150 devices enrolled into this service during the Easter Break.
So I love the bulk enrollment template, super easy to use, but it looks like either the option isn't there or maybe I'm just missing it but when creating individual users, I'm able to set a password and be done with it and not have it prompt a user to change but I can't seem to find the same option when using the bulk import template. Anyone have any ideas?

Trying to setup some specific access for users that will only be remote control/viewing devices. I am having issues with limiting over over limiting their access to the console. It seems at one point that have too much access to be able to wipe or delete devices and then after making some, what I thought were small changes, they are unable to view any device.

I logged in to Soti identity portal and added mobicontrol application. Also assigned user and role. But status show only draft and not active. I have checked the soti manual but there it shows to go to SOTI MobiControl console which I don't have. Kindly assist.
