Using email profile Sign is Enabled and greyed out in Mail

We are using email profiles for iOS but when creating an email users receive an error Unable to Sign. I tried to disable Sign in Apps | Mail | Account | Advanced but it is enabled and greyed out. I've tried re-creating the email profile mulitiple ways but I can't find a setting that disables it or allows it to be disabled.

Version 2025.1.0.1007 Cloud version

Hey Sue,

Thanks for posting on SOTI pulse. Can you please let me know which email profile have you setup for your devices? Exchange Active Sync/IMAP Account/POP3 Account? Can you add a screenshot of the configurations you have setup in the profile so we can better understand what is going wrong? 

Also to get better assistance as this is something which needs further troubleshooting I recommend you to log a case for the issue so that we can test this more efficiently and get a resolution for the same.
