Email Config on iOS (POP and IMAP)

Hi, 


I failed to configured email settings of iOS BYOD via Mobicontrol. The logs from Webconsole says

1. Profile "Email" failed to install, because all of its payloads cannot be installed.


Anyone with same scenario? or should we say preconfiguration of email settings is only applicable to Supervised devices?

Hi Benedict,

Does the user receive a prompt to specify the credentials for the Exchange profile on the device?
