When I add it to the apps it shows as a draft and when I try to assign the only member (me) it asks to give me a role but there is no roles listed there. Please help me. This is urgent as I need to get 150 devices enrolled into this service during the Easter Break.

It seems like you are having difficulty with adding MobiControl on Identity. Please refer to the links below to properly add MobiControl.
Add a Soti MobiControl Instance on Identity.
After completing the steps in the link above, you will then need to integrate Identity with your MobiControl instance.
Integrate SOTI MobiControl with Identity.
For your question about roles, please refer to this link.
For your enrollment issue, do you have access to your MobiControl instance? If you do, you can create an enrollment rule and start enrolling your devices.

I have the same problem, it doesn't show the MobiControl application on the SotiONE panel.
