Enrollment Failed

Hi,
When trying to add a device to soti it throws us this message: 
Enrollment failed. Please retry or contact your system Admnistrator
We are using mobicontrol on version 2024, i am  trying to add a device on a work mannaged profile
This device was previously added to mobicontrol, but it was deleted in soti.
I have been addding devices to mobi with work mannaged profile without any problem
The devices are only connected through WiFi

Hi Bartlomiej,

This happens to us from time to time. Sometimes just trying the enrollment again will allow it to process properly.

When you removed the device did you unenroll it fully before deleting it?

Do you have enough lisences available?

Make sure there is free device license available.

If change(s) to some server configuration parameters in MCAU have been made recently, there might be a need to create a new enrollment policy.  

Check the Deployment Server and Deployment Server Extension log files for any related entries recorded around the time attempting the failed enrollment  to get clue(s) on possible cause(s) of your problem.

Hi Bartlomiej,

Can you enroll any other devices by using same Enrollment URL/ID and network options (Wi-Fi) well, if you can, then this could be an issue specific to the device, even if you remove the device from MobiControl it may stuck on SQL somehow, I'd advice you to create a support ticket and get help from Support team for this.

Otherwise as advised please check your free license just in case.
