Supported APIs not showing in device details

Hi Everyone, 

I have a problem when I enroll device to soti mobicontrol. Enroll is successful but the profile that we push does not enter the device. and I also check the device details, there is no information on supported apis. may i know why?

Never saw that but check if you maybe need a plugin for this device.

You haven'T written which device/model you use so i can't definitely say but you should check that.

Hi Rafael,

when I first enrolled the api support appeared and the profile successfully entered the device, but when the device was unenrolled and tried to re-enroll the api support did not appear and the profile could not enter the device.

What are the version and build numbers of your MobiControl server?

What are the brand and model of the problematic device?  Did you encounter similar problem (i.e.some missing fields such as supported APIs, etc.) with other device(s) of different brand/model?

Could you successfully lock/unlock your device lockscreen?  What about MDM policies (e.g. app deployment rule/policy, advanced configurations, etc.)  other than profiles?
