Enrolling an Android 10 device

We are currently planning on moving from older Android devices to newer ones, but I have trouble enrolling the new devices. The old enrollement QR-code does not work (it cannot apply settings), and I have not been successfull with any of my other attempts either.

Bacground information:

We are running SOTI version 15.2, which should support Android for up to version 10. The device I'm trying to enroll is Samsung Xcover pro 10. I have created an enrollment profile for it, similar to that of our older Android devices had. I receive the enrollment ID and URL fine, but neither of them work when I input them to Mobicontrol Stage. If I input the Enrollment ID, the device says that my enrollment failed. If I try the enrollment URL instead, it says Invalid URL. If I enter the server address directly, the enrollment proceeds, but I receive the following message: "Please provide the following additional information to continue enrollment".

The windows is as follows:

I have no idea what shoud I insert there.

I'm sorry for potentially uneducated question, I'm quite new to this. Any help would be much appreciated.

Is this an on-premises or Cloud environment?

Could be an firewall related issue where you have trouble accessing TCP5494 from your device towards the Deployment Server. I could also notice a "!" on the WiFi symbol on your device where in some cases this means that you do not have the proper access towards the internet (if needed then you will have issues/challenges)

This is an on-premise server. I have tried connecting via 4G and WLAN, but neither seem to connect correctly. There could be a problem with my mobile network's APN settings, but the WLAN I'm connected to should have a dedicated access to the server. Our older devices are still able to connect when connected to that specific WLAN network.

You can take a look at log entries in the DS/MS/DSE log files accessible from your web-console or with MCadmin tool.

Android 10 requires SHA2 certificates to be present on console for AND10. This may be worth investigating or raising to SOTI Support to identify if it is present.

Thank you everyone for your help. I was able to locate the problem, firewall blocked https-traffic, which prevented the enrollment.
