Hi,
we currently want to enroll a Samsung Android 10 device. SOTI V14
Unfortunately it gets stuck during "license activation pending".
After that the log says that somehow a permission for mobicontrol was rejected. Unfortunately we didn't reject any permission nor did we not give the permissions it asked for.
Any idea what we are doing wrong?
I can attach screenshots etc. if necessary.

What are the version and build numbers of your MobiControl server?
Are you enrolling your device using OEM specific Samsung ELM Android+ device agent or the generic Android-Enterprise device agent?

I already found out that we have to an update of the mobicontrol server for Android 10.
