Hi,

due to the SHAv1-deprecation of Android we bought and setup a second deployment server (SOTI Version 14.5.7.1022 now on both deployment servers).

All services seems fine, everything is green in the Admin Utility. Now, when we try to connect a Android 10 device, we get the message "Enrollment failed. Please retry or contact your system administrator"

The new DS has a SHAV2 certificate and it´s load balancing fine for existing devices with Windows CE and some older Android version.

Can anyone image what our problem is?

Thanks in advance!

Hello

Greetings

Thanks for requesting an answer On Soti central!!

It seems that you are using primary server for managing windows devices and new server as secondary for managing android os 10 devices  so In order to check with this issue , kindly let us know following!!

  • Device manufacturer and type or enrollment tried for device(android oem or android enterprise)
  • You can try to create a new test rule for enrolling os 10 devices into secondry server.
  • You can also try to change priority of your deployment server on group level where you will target your new rule(you can make new secondary server as highest priority and old primary one as lowest for that group only and this you can do by doing right click on target group and changing it under advanced configuration)
  • You can also verify main root sha2 certificate present on your new secondary server should be of 2048 bit key length  that you can check under certificate details section after exporting certificate to desktop from mcadmin utilty.
