Enrollment failed in SOTI

Dear SOTI,

Currently we are experiencing issues whenever we try to register a mobile phone in our own SOTI Server, during the registration procedurement, the certificate of the machine we would like to connect to is shown as invalid ( "Enrollment Failed, Please retry or contact your system administrator."). What is interesting is that we can register successfully any phone running any version of Android in ELM and/or AFW Mode, except those running Android 10 in AFW Mode.
We would like to point out that our own self host Server has already a SHA256 certificate and Mobicontrol version: 15.3.0.6711.

As you could see in the pictures link below, it seems that the issue is related with the SOTI certificate SHA1.

Would you please help us with some advice regarding the issue?

Thank you very much indeed in advance.

HI Adam,

i think the new Version 15.3 is at the moment not 100% working. I have the Problem to Upload a APK file. that stucks at 70%....

You SHA2 Certificate is binded to the Deployment Server?

Have you klick on Update at your Enrollment Rule ?

Hi Marcus,

For me, uploading the apk as package to the server worked properly.

1. Yes it's allready binded to the Deployment Server

2. Same here, allready updated the enrollment rule.

HI Adam,

did you see the Device in the Soti Deploymentserver logs ?

In the old Version was in the Golbal Settings - Enrollment Settings -> Remove "Enalbe Strict Android Re-Enrollment" that cause in the past the same error during enrollment.
