Hi.
We're moving from windows mobile to android.
I created the default enrollment profile and have connected
the TC52 Android 8.1 to it successfully.
When I try to enroll a TC52 Android 10 devices it fails.
I can see it in MobiControl webconsole logs that shows it being added.
Any idea what is different for enrollment for a version 8.1 vs 10 ?
Just got a reply back from soti supp...
"I have reviewed your server and see that the Deployment server is currently using a SHA-1 certificate. Android devices using OS 10 and above now require a SHA-2 certificate to be enrolled onto the server."

- We are using the Android Stage Programmer and scan the QR code at device initial startup.
- MobiControl is cloud hosted with Soti.
Ensure you are using the latest agent version, as far as i remember the newest one look different in this screen.
MobiControl app on the 8.1 device shows Agent version 15.1.5 build 1049. I assume that agent would also try to install in the v10 devices also....???
Didn't think about the (soti?) stage programmer. I thought it's obsolete which doesn't look like, so sorry for that.
But why don't use the Zebra Tool (StageNow)? Worked best for us using Zebra devices (before we switched to Google Zero-Touch which also needs a StageNow profile to add the Wifi settings not in cleartext).
I installed the zebra stagenow tool... I thougt, wow...this is a lot of features...pretty cool....
It was a toss up between the two...as in, like which do i learn first??... I just chose to go with Soti enrollment and mdm for now.
