Please try the below to try resolve the issue.

1. Ensure 64bit Java version is installed (should be in java about section) 
2. Firstly  verify the MC_JAVA_HOME path by going under Environmental variables through system properties>advanced settings> Environmental Variable(screenshot is attached). MC_java_Home path should match with Your  actual java installation path. In case Its not matching change MC_JAVA_HOME path  similar to actual path.

4. You can also try to uninstall Java completely and install it again if possible  and try to start search again.

Kindly let us know after testing and  share your Mobicontrol version along with build no if it did not work.

path is correct I checked it but in the folder of java.....bin\ is missing completly \server\jvm.dll after last update:

Thanks for your reply.

Even path is correct then also if you havenot tried to uninstall and reinstall  Java (64 bit)  so kindly do it and verify the path of instalaltion foldder with MC_JAVA_HOME PATH under environmental variable.

Kindly also verify if you are able to see server\jvm.dll under bin folder.

Secondly if you already finsihed with installation  and not able to find server\jvm.dll  under bin folder then kindly try to do following and let us update.

• Open cmd prompt as administrator and type the commands mentioned below:
• Cd C:\Program Files\SOTI\MobiControl\Search\bin
• elasticsearch-service.bat manager
• It will open elastic search manager and verify if java virtual machine  path is same as shown below

• If JVM  path is different than kindly try to change the path as shown above  and try to reboot your server and see if search works.
• If search does not work even after that  thenfor further investigation  i will recommend you to please raise a support case (click here) or call SOTI Support team (click here) to assist you better?

Hello, I updated version of Soti to the newest one and its back and working. I really dont know why this happend its 2nd time after windows udate

As of today (23 Jun 2021), the lastet MobiControl version was v15.3.2 Build 1072, which was released on 26 May 2021.   Did you actually mean "reinstall" when you said "updated version to the newest one"  in your last post?  Or Did you use version earlier than v15.2.3.1072 when you first started this discussion?

What is the version/build of your Microsoft Windows Server running on the hardware hosting your MobiControl servers? What particular update(s)/patch(es) did you apply after which you encounter your "MobiControl Search" problem?

It is nice to hear that your issue is resolved after upgrading to latest Mobicontrol version which is 15.3.2  and Secondly Elastic search seems to be related with many factors but one of them is java update and After any java update make sure environment variable is pointing to the correct java binaries as mentioned above too. In you case , after seeing your logs , it seems that bin\server\jvm.dll path was missing and mainly in this sceanrio, we can also do the following.

Try to verify MC_JAVA HOME path with actual java installation path

Try to verify the path from elastic search service manager under java as shown above also.

Try to reinstall java and Mobicontrol same version is a quick fix for this but we need to make sure proper snapshot and backup of server is done before doing this.
