Switch personal account to entreprise account without reset ?

Hello,

I take back a SOTI (cloud, in 13.4) installation of 120 samsung Galaxy A6.

They where enrolled with the same google account (a personal one). Of course now we have plenty on log off with this account.

We have now an entreprise account, it's possible to switch to this Entreprise account without factory reset the devices ?

If I am following this correctly then no I don't think what you're asking for will be possible.

Hi Arnaud,

Thanks for posting your question!

Unfortunately, it is not possible on version 13.4 of MobiControl. But, on the latest version of MobiControl(15.1), we have the updated feature to switch the Enterprise accounts and the device stays connected. There is no need to factory reset the devices.
