Hello,
We are planning on deploying Qualys Android Agent to all our Android builds enrolled via SOTI. Since most of our builds are KIOSK we need to deploy this app without user affinity. Means, we are looking for a way to preconfigure the server URLS and app configurations, or a way to auto-enroll this app to existing Samsung tablets. Do we have an option in SOTI to preconfigure the app? Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks!

As mentioned by Raymond, you can use the Qualys App from the Managed Play Store and create an app policy to target your specific devices.

Your screenshot is likely some settings available in Qualys administrator's console. I haven't used it before and I am not sure about how to set up the Qualys agent app to communicate to the right server.
However, I have checked the Qualys agent app on Managed Google Play store and found that it supports AppConfig compliant managed configuration as shown in the following screenshot:
As the parameters are related to some kind of "enrollment" configuration, I believe you can use this mechanism to remotely set up the app once they are deployed to your Samsung devices running MobiControl lockdown menu.
