We have about 50 Honeywell ck65 scanners available, and using xsight for inventory. We noticed that the scanners regulary added in the watchlist with device drops.
What is the exact definition of device drops? How do they measure this, especially from honeywell devices. Is there something in the scanner for setting the treshold for example?
