Honeywell EDA 52: Scanner not working in Lockdown mode

Since we started using SOTI MobiControl for our Honeywell EDA52 Devices, we have the problem that after the device has not been used for a while (about 1 hour) the scanner of the device does not work anymore. That is, when pressing the scanner button simply nothing happens.
The only solution to fix this problem is to restart the device. 
If the device is used continuously, the problem does not exist. Only after a break does it happen that the scanner no longer works.

Our devices run in lockdown mode with these settings:

Using the lockdown type "Activity Suppression" is not an option, because there are simply too many functions enabled that should not be enabled.

Please confirm is only one device affected or multiple devices?

Is there any properly-working device that does not experience the issue described?

The problem occurs on all devices. However, at irregular intervals.
All devices run with the same firmware and with the same configuration.

Hi Tim,

what Firmware Version are you using at the Scanner?

Also what MobiControl Version & Device Agent are you using.

In the Past it happend in a combination of Agent Version and a Firmware Problem.

All scanners run with the same firmware: 218.01.12.0098
We have also tried a newer firmware, but then it was no longer possible to distribute configuration packages to the devices via MobiControl.

MobiControl Version: 15.5.0.1021

Agent-Version: 15.2.0 Build 1025

Hello Tim,

I was wondering if you finally found the solution for this issue.

If not, can you test enabling the Recents Button in the lockdown configuration?

I've found that for some apps (like google phone), in some devices, this option must be enabled to work properly.
