Why does Remote Control on Android Enterprise (Oreo AFW) only show a couple of processes, not all of them like Nougat

I bring up remote control, but the  AppManager tool and Process Manager Tool are just about worthless. No ability to see or kill processes like all my previous devices. Can this be fixed? I have that issue on both Android Zebra devices  VC80X and TC56

Hello Les Nelson,

Could please provide more information, how your device is enrolled (Android Enterprise or Android Plus). Also, While using Remote control are you getting an error on RC or Web console?
