You must be able to see a wrench icon as mentioned in the link shared by you and I am able to verify on 15.1 version and attaching the screenshot too.

As a part of basic troubleshooting, I would suggest you try with a different browser, different desktop and also you can try to use incognito mode if possible.

Kindly also check, if you are login as an admin account with full privilege, and for a quick test, you can try to create a test user with full admin privilege and see if the issue persists.

Kindly confirm your exact Mobicontrol version along with build no and also attach a screenshot of the section under global settings.

I'm signed in with an account with an MC Admin account and I have tried several browsers and incognito mode. The below is all I am seeing in this section. Any ideas?

Thanks for your respone and sharing screenshot.

Can you follow the below mention steps and let me know the outcome

1. On the All Platforms tab, select the Security tab.
2. Select the Manage Users option from the left pane of the console and click on your user user name though which you logged in
3. You will see a global permission section and there you need to see if you have all permissions are allowed or not(mainly under gloabl settings permission subsection) .(screenshot is attached for your reference)

Those settings look good for the user group "MobiControl Administrators" , the IDP Group "MC Administrators" and the user "Administrator". I am signed in via SOTI Identity as a user with MC Admin access so I'm sure I would fall in to one of the above groups.

Thanks for your post to Soti Central !!

It still seems to be related with either permission end  as in soti identity also different roles can be assigned so you need to make sure you have all admin privileages under that role.

For testing permission issue , I already mentioned few steps last time.

Can you confirm , if you have privileage to create a non idp user from web console  and test with that to see if you are able to see the same.

Or ,I also requested you to check with your admin (if you are not admin for soti identity tenant account) or any other user assigned to Mobi control application access to see if they are also noticing the same issue. for any assistance related to soti identity (https://www.soti.net/sotiidentity/help/en/applications/roles/assign_role.html)

If after execuation of above mentioned steps if issue is reproducable on all accounts then it can be  related with Mobi control installation or that particular version of Mobi control in that case Can you please raise a support case(click here) or call SOTI Support team(click here) to assist you better?
