I've a question from a customer which did ask whether it would be possible to retrieve for example patch levels from thei windows server os. Is it possible with Soti?

I am afraid your question is a bit confusing.
Did you mean patch level of the MS-Windows server hosting the MobiControl server modules (Deployment Server, Managment Server, Search Services, etc.)? Or of Windows-based devices being managed?

I mean other MS Windows Server, which reside in the customer infrastructure. They will simply check several servers, which can have Soti Server components on it, but they ask to check other Windows Servers as well.
