Our MobiControl-Environment is fully firewalled, with 14.3 there is this new functionality for Agent Updates but "agent update service" isnt using any SOTI-Services FQDN or Loadbalanced IPs as in: https://www.soti.net/mc/help/v14.3/en/index.html#setup/installing/soti_services.html

In Server-Logs i observed that Management-Services / Deployment Server tried to connect to Amazon AWS over several IPs.

Has some one figured out the FQDN for "agent update service" or can someone from support give us a full list of loadbalanced IPs?
