I can't seem to successfully execute the Uninstall.bat file from the MobiControl folder for Windows Classic
I receive this error message:
I've looked for CNTService in Services and can't find it - where does the service run?
As a result I can't successfully enroll the device in Windows Modern
It surely looks like a permission issue.
I guess you started cmd as admin. Try to run that command with powershell.
If that doesn't work too then there might be some issues with your admin user.
Check if your admin user has the permission to run command in that directory.
There are few other things you could check:
Can you tell us how you tried to run the uninstall.bat?
The error message sounds like permission issues..
