As of V13.5 Agent - Build 1453, ELM is supported on Android Oreo.

It can be downloaded from SOTI.net/OEM (under Samsung)

What version of Mobicontrol is required for the 13.5 agent? Will this work on a 13.4 build?

I tested v13.5..0.1453 Samsung ELM device agent on platform with v13.4 and v14.1.2 servers, and haven't found any problem so far.

I tested v13.5.0.1453 samsung ELM device agent on platform with 14.1.0.1152 and remote control feature is no longer supported.....on attach file you can notice that RC feature is not available.

I've rechecked and confirmed that remote control (conventional and html5/web-based)  for both v13.5.0.1327 and  v13.5.0.1453 Samsung ELM device agents work fine on my tested Samsung S9 running Android 8.0.  The reported RC API version is RC1  1.6.0.100.

I have no idea why your  v13.5.0.1453  agent showed no active RC API on your test device.   What is your device model?
