I need to see over 100 devices that are experiencing the same issue that i pulled from Samsung portal. I can't query this information in SOTI so i am leveraging the vendor to pull that information and then pull the devices up in soti. Instead of doing them one by one i want to pull them all up at once. see attached for example

As serialnumbers are relatively unique (and IMEI's are), you could also instead just add an "Or" or "grouped or" to "link" them together without using the Hardware serial number tag if you are on a version prior 2024.1.0.
But in general, something like that new feature shown by Matt is way better and secure.
