Thank you for your post, you can integrate OKTA in MobiControl,
Please Note - In Global Settings there is option to enable SSO, you have to enable it for SSO to work

I tried to implement based on the guide provided. Unfortunately, after the configuration SAML-based idp-initiated authentication fails. I get the following error message:
Authentication Failed: SAML 2.0 error occurred. Please contact your administrator.
Do you have any other guide available?
