"I am trying to unroll a PC that was enrolled to mobicontrol with a Windows Classic agent on an instance with version 15.6.0.1018. The procedure I am executing is to enter the device and execute the Delete action, accept the certificate revocation and finish with the Accept option. The device disappears from the console but seconds later it re-enrolls.

On the enrolled PC I accessed the command console as administrator and executed the following command but it did not recognize it:

“\Program Files (x86)\SOTI\MobiControl\mcsetup.exe” -uninstall.

I was digging around and that command was the recommended one but it still doesn't work and I have not been able to uninstall several PCs.

As i see the command (I'm not managing Windows machines with Soti) why keeping out the drive letter?
Do you also see the exe file in this location?

Thanks for posting on SOTI Pulse. Thanks Rafael Schäfer for your assistance. As mentioned by Rafael, please go through the link which clearly guides you how to remove the Windows Agent from the machine.

Also please do delete the device from the console before doing so to get it completely removed or else there are chances it re-enrolls itself again. If you still face issues after following all these steps - I would recommend you to log a case so our team can assist you promptly on the issue you're facing.
