This is the March Lifeguard update and it is failing on all the MC9X devices that we have. We just started using SOTI and the November update installed no problem. The device says 'Contact your Administrator' and SOTI just says 'Install Failed'. Is there a log file somewhere that has more information?
See the device logs visible in the console, otherwise grab adb logs but may i ask which version the devices are on right now (when trying to upgrade)?
The current version is the November update. And the logs just say 'Failed with code 6006'. Nothing comes up for that during a search.
No, what i meant is the exact update file like the one you used at the topic.

Are you using LifeGuard OTA through SOTI or attempting to upgrade the devices via the OS Update ZIP file?
Hmm, ok i was hoping to find some notes about incompatible updates but this is not mentioned for this model in the documentation (https://www.zebra.com/content/dam/support-dam/en/documentation/unrestricted/release-notes/HE_FULL_UPDATE_13-38-24.00-TG-U00-STD-HEL-04.pdf)
The November update is still working fine. I scheduled two devices to upgrade last night and both were successful. I will have to open a ticket with Zebra.
