We would like to setup an alert of possibly a report to track messages sent to devices.
Ideally if we could isolate "key" words for an alert that would be great but I wanted to see if we would be able to setup a report as I believe that might be easier

Unfortunately SOTI MobiControl do not have any default reports/alerts to track the messages sent to device. But you may need to customize them with the help of Professional Services Team as your requirements, which is a paid service.
