We (or more likely our hoster) created a custom report for a similar request and then in that report you can define when and how often that report is send to which mail address.

Be aware that you need to ad a mail account (SMTP) to the console first.

If you can  accept e-mail of individual device when it has been disconnected for 3 days or more, alert rule/policy with out-of-contact device event as trigger can be used.
