SOTI Alerting for When too many devices go offline?

Hello all,

I am wondering if anyone knows of a way to have soti send an alert when a specific amount of devices are seen going offline? Or maybe something that would give me a similar scope of devices going offline.

Reason being, a few weeks ago we had an issue where our cellular network went down but didn't have anyone report it until the dead of night during a night shift. So, just looking for ways to be proactive for the future.

Thanks in advance for any tips!

JvMOD provide the information for an alert generated when a paticular device is offline.

However, as far as I know, Soti MobiControl currently doed not have an alert rule to get triggered when the number of devices with a device-group/device-group-subtree getting offline falls below a predefined threshold.  The only way to achieve that now is to develop your own program to use MobiControl REST api calls to monitor offline status of devices of interest.
