Hi, i need help. every time trying legacy remote control - the windows open for legacy remote control-, but as soon appear device screen, the legacy remote control window close.
Same error connecting to: Honeywell CN80, Samsung SM-A057M, cyrus CS22XA, HONOR RBN-NX3
Im connecting Mobilcontrol 2024.1 on computer intel i7 with 16GB ram
please help.
The web work just fine, but is only to view.
I need the remote control to upload file, download file and make some clicks, on remote device.
The web one should also provide remote control.
I recommend to look into both with Soti support, it can also because of the same reason.
You can check as well if the devices have the relevant plugins installed (not available for the Samsung!).
And Honor has also no plugin as far as i can see in the list, but Honeywell and Cyrus does.
Samsung devices normally provide the possibility to be able to remote controlled directly from the beginning after enrollment (Can confirm this on 2 old and one current model).
Juan Carlos, I suggest you uninstall the remote control plugin from your PC and reinstall it.
When you install it, select Advanced and install for all users.

Could you please let us know that what is the enrollment method being used to enroll the affected devices?
what is the current operating system of the devices?
Is there any recent MobiControl upgrade or migration activity which might have been performed in the enviourment
As you have already mentioned that the web based remote control is also showing the remote view option only. There might be plugin related issue, Please check if the suitable plugin is installed for the honeywell devices or not?
Hi, there is an article that describes that old versions of the legacy RC plugin is not compatible with 2024.x

Not described in this article, but confirmed by SOTI support (C00738447), the 2024.x Plugin is not compatible with v15.x of MobiControl, maybe this could be added in the article.
