Mobicontrol Legacy Remote Control Problem

Hi,

I can't connect with Legacy remote control. This problem exists in server operating systems. No problem with client operating systems.

I've solved this problem by installing the following applications.

vc_redist.x64.exe

vc_redist.x86.exe

But nothing happens when I want to connect to the mobile device. No warning and application does not open,

Hello Cem,

Can you try re-installing the SOTI Remote Controller and when prompted too, click on "Advanced" and make sure you install for "Install for all users".

Hi,

I have tried this solution 5 times. I have installed Windows 2012 and 2016 for testing. I have tried the same process in the newly installed operating systems, but the result is the same. Windows 10 is also no problem. But Windows 2012 and 2016 also have problems.

Hello Cem,

Please check if the feature 'Desktop Experience' is installed or not on the server. 

If it's not installed, Install it and reboot the server. Then try to run the RC session using the Legacy Plugin.
