M3 SM 10 LTE random reboots

Hello ,

We have a problem with M3 SM10 LTE devices that are restarted spontaneously.
When set up

WIFI> more settings> uncheck network notification

Some devices stop reboots... The problem is more than 500 devices,

Devices and software info :

M3SM10_LTE
Platform    Android Plus
OS Version    5.1.1
Agent Version    13.5.0.1088
Supported APIs    RC+
OEM Version    M3SM10_LTE_V1.3.0

If the Soti client is removed, the problem is not available.

Attach a log cat. After 08:47:20/50 sec, the device is restarted.

Hello Plamen, 

The circumstances you are experiencing seem to be so uncommon which is why you probably have not received any other users  providing resolutions.   I would definitely suggest creating a case with support@soti.net so that we can review the particulars and help resolve your issue.

By the looks at the logs your devices are rebooting because of a crash with multiple processes including intents, not just one specific application or process. 

Also I believe I see a lockdown on these devices, what is the intention of the changes you are making when this occurs?   Are you trying to connect to a hotspot?  Is this happening when you make other random changes or only when you turn off network notifications?

Hi Plamen ,

we were also facing issue with Android os 5.1  and we got one script from mdm team to disable notification .

writesecuresetting content://settings/global wifi_networks_available_notification_on 0

Is there any script to disable also "Scanning always available" ?
