Hello, I have a trouble. After agent update from 2024.1.0 to latest 2024.1.1.1125 all of my lenovo' devices deleted.

Server Version: 2024.0.1.1020

I requested agent update(not delete) and this happend:

Model is: Lenovo TB-X505F, A10

others devices worked without problem.

I lost almost 300 devices from soti right now.

Any idea how should I return devices back into soti please?

thank you

Are you sure it's because of the agent upgrade?
What does the "generated by" say for your "Delete device action requested for Tablet prod238" entry?

We use the same model here and all agents are on latest version (we use 15.6.5 on server).
For me it looks more like someone missclicked...

Hi, "generated by" is my account in soti.

So it's really strange because I would put hand in fire that I know what I did.

What should I do now? Can restored DB help me with that?

thanks for any advice

Then, sorry to say, you deleted them.

As far as i know: No, they need to press "register" on any device again (hopefully they have a Wifi not provided by Mobicontrol they connect to as otherwise it was removed as all of the other provided settings and so on).

The reason is that the configuration data and so on on the device themselves got also revoked.

I tried restore the server and missing devices are back.

Even try to contact end user for assist and it seems that tablet after turn on will appear as online in soti.

I tried to push agent again. This is it the result log:

This time it updated well, but there are still remaining issues I would say

Ok, nice that the restore helped, then i was wrong.

But in general if you still encounter issues here, maybe it's worth to look into it deeper with Soti support.

I wonder a bit about the warning and the error messages.
