The answer is both yes and no.

It is possible to simultaneously collect location information of multiple devices using one or more data collection rule(s) with a minimum interval of 2 minutes.

It is also possible to show track of a single device (based on the location data collected) on a map in your web console.  However it is not possible to show tracks of multiple devices on the same map, though showing current location of multiple devices on the same map is possible.

Also, based on my experience on real data in Hong Kong,  the track of a device shown on the map may not be 100% accurate all the time because location data are sampled at 2-minute or longer interval.  If a device is moved in a city with dense streets/alleys, there might be many turns done within any 2-minute period, and the track for such period shown on the map in the web console may be rendered based on guesses according to some unknown algorithms.

@Raymond, Chan - I am interested to know how you are able to show the locations of multiple devices on a map.  Are you doing this via API or via the MobiControl UI?  If through the MobiControl UI, which version are you using?  The reasons for my question is that we are working on something similar and we could use all the input we can to make the user experience as simple and helpful as possible.

To display multiple devices in the same device group (either normal or virtual) in MobiControl v11.x-v13.x,  click on a device group and pick Location Services->Locate in the pop-up menu.

It might be doable also in v14.x, but I haven't tested it out.

Mahalo (Thank you) Raymond for your response. I had a feeling it was on the previous versions. We recently upgraded to the latest version earlier this year. After the upgrade we lost the capabilities of tracking multiple devices at the same time on one map. Currently on v14 I havn't found a way to track or locate multiple devices. Good news is that we are working on bringing locate, at a device group level, into MobiControl new console by the end of this year.  There are limitations to track so at this stage it will only be locate.

create a rule Data collection - Location. 

Then you are able to get all location from the devices. 

So you might be able to get all device locations as well in the map.

 yes you can locate group of devices by click on  ... next to group name then > group detail>location tab.

first  i need  to  create  around  of   60  rules  of  reports.

second  only   can  i  scheudle  for one  week   this  information. next  week  i need  to  reescheudle my  rules .
