Is there any option or site to download the Google Play Servies as an offline APK file? There are lot many sites are available to download but we require as an APK file without any malware. We need to get an approval from the information security at my organisation before deploy....Please help me someone on this.

As suggested on other thread, you can use APK extractor (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ext.ui&hl=en) and extract Google Play services from model device. Use that APK to package and install on rest of the devices.
Please note that the approach proposed by Ravikant has been discussed earlier in this forrum, and has ome drawbacks:
1. The apk file created may not have all the required files, especially when the device in which the apk file is built is a different device model or have different firmware version from the target devices.
2. There might be legal consequence if you use such apk for redeployment on other devices, especially if the devices are for business use rather than personal use.
