We are migrating our users to Exchange online and I did see the option "Email servers" within Global Settings of MobiControl. I did review the online help but it's still not clear what exactly the advantage of this would be - and if it is necessary.
Can someone help me to understand?
Also we are part of a tenant including several companies not using MobiControl and I was asked to limit permissions to a minimum. Which permissions are required?
We are using MobiControl 15.2.2.1077

Thank you for posting in SOTI Central.
In v15.1 we introduced Compliance Policies, with that you can Block Email Access with an Exchange Server configured within MobiControl. See this screenshot as an example:

I did see the menu where I can add a server but the user is just described as "Enter the username of an account with administrator privileges to the specified Exchange Server."
Which "administrator privileges" in detail are required? Our Exchange Admins do not grant global an full access to it.
