We have a number of Samsung J5 Pro's in our mobile fleet, some of which have Microsoft Exchange accounts configured in Gmail. When setting up a new device for deployment, we have been entering afw#mobicontrol as the Google account. Previously this would then install MobiControl agent version 13.5.1 Build 1273. After pushing out app packages, including Gmail, we could then add the users Exchange account in Gmail. Now however, MobiControl Agent version 13.6.0 is being installed - which seems to be blocking the addition of the Exchange account, error message "You do not have permission to perform this action. Contact your administrator...." I have seen an option whilst playing around with profiles to 'Disable the addition of Google accounts' or something similar - this is not set on the profile I am using (although I can't see that option any more under 'Feature Control' when editing the profile that is assigned to the device). I am quite new to Android for Work, any advice or help would be much appreciated. I need to be able to add Exchange accounts for some of our users.
