I'm getting cases where devices with corporate Google mail using the Google Apps Device Policy (with a small list of available apps) is overriding MobiControl's appllcation catalog. this means that some users cannot install applications that they should be allowed access to.
Any suggestions on a fix short of rebuilding the device?

Thank you for your patience, the following is the response from the Product Development team.
The corporate Google account is different from the corporate binding that you have configured AE and MobiControl with. You can only provision apps from the app store with that company binding and with Google accounts associated with that binding. You also have to approve all apps in the Enterprise Play Store. If you don't have this association between the binding and the account and if you have not approved the app in the Enterprise App Store then this behavior is expected.

Only the one Google account. The other is the managed Enterprise account as you'd expect.

Thank you for your prompt response, that is expected behaviour, all the applications have to be added in Managed google play store and has to be pushed by Application Catalog as these devices are enrolled as Android Enterprise using binding.

Which is what I'd expect and they were initially pushed out by App Catalog.
The issue is where they have a corporate Google account and that takes over the Play Store. App Catalog still shows the apps but if you click on an app that has been added to the catalog that is not in part of the corporate Google account list then the Play Store says you do not have permission.
