MobiControl Policy not downloading to device

Hi

I've just been upgraded to 14.1 and am in the process of creating new rules so that I can build Samsung devices using Managed Google Play Account.

The Android Enterprise Bindings has been set, the rule for what apps I need have been created and they all work fine - wiped device enrols and apps are installed.

BUT...

The profile I have created to enforce encryption, SOTI Surf rules etc is not being installed.  It's pointing to the correct folder.

There are no errors to show in the log of the profile or the device.

What am I missing?

Hi Ed, 

Please check to ensure you are using the correct profile type VIA the drop down menu, on the first screen for the Android + Add Profile screen.  

I have attached a screenshot to assist you in locating it quickly.

Thank you.

That's been created and deploys.  

The only thing I've noticed is there is no option to force encryption when switching to Android Enterprise. 

Is there a way to enforce (other than Google Apps Device Policy)?

Managed-device in Android Enterprise platform has the whole device encrypted by DEFAULT, and cannot be turned off in any way.  Hence, there is no need to configure and deploy any encryption profile.
