Incompatible agent when launching Soti on Honeywell ct60

we recently updated our agent and are recieving an incompatible agent when launching the app 
we have tried side loading the previous SOTI client with the same issue
Honeywell CT60
OS android 9
SOTI agents tested

Hi Frankie,

which one did you use ("Honeywell" or "Honeywell new gen")? (i assume you use classic and not enterprise)
You can find both here: https://docs.soti.net/mobicontrolagentdownloads/
Maybe check with the other one but same version(s).

it was the older honeywell agent, replacing with the newer agent resolved.

What are the active MDM API's reported in the device details tab of your problematic device in the web-console?

What was the device agent version before the upgrade?  Did you manually initiate the upgrade earlier?  If so, what what reason(s) {e.g. new feature, known bug fix, etc.)?  If there is no strong reason, your other production devices of the same model & firmware version should be left untouched before any solution is found.

What was the agent version before you upgraded the MobiControl agent version?

How many devices are affected?
