the strange thing is that it doesnt happen all 30 minutes, but it happens exact at full and half hour on all three devices at the same time. All devices are in the same group, no out of contact or event rule active.

I have testet now that I had Mobicontrol Agent in foreground, it displayed connected and all was ok, but suddenly at 11:30pm on all three devices at the same time the Mobicontrol agent closed and the unit was back on the android launcher. After clicking again on mobicontrol agent i saw that the even log startet at 11:30pm, so the agent had restartet.

I have downgraged on of the devices (Zebra TC72) to Android 10, put it in the same group enrolled with same method (ZTE), with Android 10 the Agent stays active, no restartet at full hour, but the other two devices closed the Agent at exact full hour.

The issue also happens during an active remote control session to the android 11 device, at full and half hour the agent closed and restartet itself.

I found the origin of the issue, I have a data collection rule active with all possible items (I know normaly not usefull, but as just few devices are on the server the more data usage doesnt matter).

The item "Cellular Carrier" causes the Mobicontrol agent to restart at each collection intervall, independed of the device if it has an active cellular connection or not or even a WLAN only device.

of course the mobicontrol agent has gotten all permissions.

Same collection rule on android 10 device has not such an effect.
