  • The SOTI MobiControl server has been upgraded from version 14.2 (possibly 14.x) to 2025.0.2.

  • Devices are managed via Android Enterprise.

Symptoms

  • Devices show as offline in the SOTI MobiControl console.

  • Devices disconnect during check-in.

  • Deployment Server logs contain the following error:

  • The INSERT statement conflicted with the FOREIGN KEY constraint "FK_AWDevice_AndroidEnterpriseId"'.

  • The AE binding appears to be missing on affected devices.

Cause

This issue is caused by a conflict related to the Android Enterprise (AE) Binding during the upgrade process from MobiControl 14.2 to 2025.0.2.

Issue Resolution

To resolve this issue, upgrade your SOTI MobiControl server to version 2025.1.0 or newer.
